1. SCOPE AND OBJECTIVE
This document establishes the general conditions of sale between the company Dikamar, SA, headquartered in Parque Industrial Manuel da Mota, Lote 27, Rua Pedro Álvares Cabral, n.º 12, 3100-354 Pombal, with the NIF 503 542 466 and people who wish to make purchases through the online store www.dikamar.pt, designated by User. The general conditions of sale aim to provide and define all the necessary information to the user on the ordering, sale, payment, and delivery modalities of purchases made in the online store.
Navigation on the website www.dikamar.pt, as well as the purchase of any product at this address, presupposes the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. CONDITIONS OF USE
When using the online store www.dikamar.pt:
You declare that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions;
You declare that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and/or are of legal age in the jurisdiction of your residence and that you have the legal possibility to hire and use your own means of payment;
You will not make fraudulent use of the online store www.dikamar.pt, contrary to the law or good customs;
You accept that it will be the Portuguese legislation to regulate any conflict with the consumer, without prejudice to the contrary provision, community directive, or international treaty.
The website is protected in accordance with international internet standards, so that, if used correctly, the user can be sure of not finding viruses or other malicious programs. However, we decline any responsibility for any problems, damages, viruses, or risks that the User may incur during the improper use of the website, as well as for any defective uses of the website.
3. CHANGES TO CONDITIONS AND CONTENTS
Dikamar reserves the right to freely modify these conditions in order to adapt them to the applicable legislation, without the need for any prior notice.
We publish information in order to provide the best service to users, and we update that information permanently. However, we decline any responsibility for any technical inaccuracies and/or typographical errors that may arise. We reserve the right to make corrections and changes to the online store without prior notice.
4. INFORMATION ON PRODUCTS AND PRICES
All items presented in the online store are described as accurately as possible.
Users should read the description of the articles as carefully as possible and, if they have any questions, they should contact us using the chat available on the website or via email email@example.com.
Due to the type of computer used, color settings, internet browser, or others, the colors shown in the photographs of the online store may differ from the actual colors. Dikamar cannot be held responsible for such differences.
Stock Unavailability Information
We reserve the right to inform the user, during the 72 hours after receiving the order, of the unavailability of any item ordered.
After informing the user of this unavailability, the contract is considered automatically terminated as regards the unavailable item, and the user is guaranteed that he will not incur any costs due to the cancellation of the order regarding the unavailable item. The contract will remain in effect and will produce its normal effects as regards the other items eventually ordered unless otherwise specified by the user.
The sales prices are shown in euros. The price shown for each product includes the VAT rate in force in Portugal. Dikamar reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, Dikamar undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time of placing the purchase order.
In the event of a computer error, manual, technical, or from any other source, which causes a substantial change not anticipated by Dikamar in the sales price, in such a way that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly insignificant, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled.
5. BUYING PROCESS
It is not necessary to register at the online store as a user to make a purchase.
5.2. Product Availability
All items found in the online store are available for order but have limited stock. If they are not available or are unavailable during the purchase process, an alert will be launched and it will not be possible to proceed with the purchase of the unavailable item.
5.3. Payment methods
Dikamar accepts payments by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, and Paypal. The order will only be dispatched after receipt of payment. Dikamar guarantees the confidentiality and security of the data transmitted.
In the online store, there may be price discounts that have an effective date. These discounts will be valid during the advertised period and on the condition that the order is finalized and paid by the user until the end of that period. Storing a product in the “shopping basket” does not guarantee its price or discount.
5.5. Shipping costs
The costs of shipping the items are added to the purchase price when this value is less than 50 €. Transport costs do not include any import taxes that may be charged on entry to the user's destination country. For non-EU countries in Europe and the rest of the world, customs fees may apply. These costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. If these costs are not paid by the buyer and the order has to be returned to us, the cost of the return will be taken from the payment made.
Dikamar is committed to delivering the ordered items as soon as possible. However, delivery times may be slightly longer during the holidays and public holidays. The order is sent to the address that the user indicates at the time of ordering. The delivery address cannot be changed from the moment the order is shipped. All orders require a signature upon delivery.
Upon delivery of the order, the user must carefully inspect the order/packaging BEFORE signing the delivery document. If for some reason, the packaging appears to have been tampered with, you must sign the delivery document with reservations, or refuse delivery.
If you accept delivery of the order with reservations, or if you refuse it, you must immediately submit a complaint to the Carrier and contact us by calling 00351 236 244 580 or by email or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders not delivered
If for any reason, the order cannot be delivered to the address provided by the user at the time of purchase, there is a risk that it will be returned to us. If the order is not successfully delivered to the user's address, due to any lack of cooperation (wrong phone number, wrong or incomplete address, non-compliance with import regulations, etc.), there may be a risk that the order will be returned. These costs will be deducted from the refund to the user.
Shipping costs will not be refunded in the case of non-delivered orders.
The costs of returning undelivered orders may also be subject to additional charges with taxes and costs or charges levied by customs or other entities that will in no case be refunded by us.
Dikamar ensures each order during the transit period, up to the moment of delivery to the user. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which time the responsibility passes to the user.
If the user designates a recipient other than himself, for delivery purposes, then he accepts the evidence of a signature as proof of delivery and compliance by Dikamar and the corresponding transfer of responsibility in the same way.
6. RETURN POLICY
The customer has 30 days to return the order without having to indicate the reason, which period is counted from the day the order is received by the customer. If for any reason, the user is not satisfied with an order, the item may be returned within 30 days, for size change or refund.
All transport costs will be paid by Dikamar.
Any product purchased from the online store that reveals serious defects, insufficient elements, or anomaly or damage caused by transportation can be exchanged and refunded within a maximum period of 30 days.

In the case of returns, the refund will always be made by bank transfer.
6.1. Return Instructions
The user must contact us by phone 00351 236 244 580 or email (email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org) or online chat, within 30 days, counting from the delivery date, and indicate the order number, product reference and reason for the return. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that you may have will not be refunded by us.
In case of return of all or part of the order, Dikamar will return the amount paid by the user.
The user can choose between two forms of return:
Items may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value (if you choose an item of greater value you will receive a message or e-mail with the information to proceed with the payment of the surcharge). In the case of an exchange, we do not charge additional costs for shipping the new item. As soon as the items to be exchanged are received and verified, the new item will be shipped immediately. As with returns, all Customs Duties, taxes, or additional costs that the user may incur will not be refunded by us in the event of an exchange of items.
Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and verified, via bank transfer. In refunds to intra-Community countries, VAT will also be refunded.
Exchanges and returns must arrive at our facilities within 15 days of dispatch and subject to the following conditions:
Items must be returned with all original labels, packaging, and other accessories sent with the order.
Returns must be packaged in the original box.
In the case of defective items or incorrect goods, the user must follow the instructions above.
We do not accept the return of articles that do not respect the procedures of the terms and conditions of the return policies. Such items will be returned to the sender, to the address of the original shipment.
6.2. Damage Caused by Transport / Defective Items
Returning defective items will only be accepted if the items are already defective at the time of delivery to the user. Dikamar carefully checks all items before proceeding with their shipment to detect any defects in the items. In this regard, we reserve the right to request photographic support for defective items or goods sent incorrectly, before authorizing their return. All items returned as defective, will be properly inspected upon receipt and all items subject to wear considered normal, will not be considered defective.
Defective items will be exchanged for an identical item, subject to availability. If the user does not want a replacement item to be sent, he/she must make that request by calling 00351 236 244 580 or by email or email@example.com.
The return of defective items must be requested within 15 days of receipt. Refunds for defective items will take place within 30 days of receiving returned items. If it is not possible to replace the defective item, we will refund the amount paid by bank transfer, in the same amount paid by the user.
6.3. Returns and Exchanges of Items with Balance or Promotion
Returns and exchanges are applicable to items with a balance (items with price reduction) or Promotion.
Dikamar is concerned with protecting the data of all users of the online store. In this way, all personal data provided by users with their consent will be treated in a strictly confidential manner, will not be marketed to third parties and will be used exclusively for the purpose for which they were made available.
8. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
The law applicable to any contractual relationship established through the online store is Portuguese law.
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity:
